Shipping / Return Policies

-We do NOT accept cancellations on ANY rope items or wood tags - These items are custom made. We accept cancellations on collars within 24 hours of the order being placed.

-Due to the nature of our rope product items, I cannot accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

-I cannot accept returns for collars if you measured your dogs neck wrong and/ or gave me the wrong measurements. If you can provide obvious proof that I made a measurement error with your product, I will refund you or allow for an exchange within 3 days of receiving your package. After the 3 days, I will not allow refunds or exchanges.

-I will not refund you for things that I have not guaranteed. Such as you don't like rope texture, the colour shades being different than you imagined (Please be aware that each screen may show a slight colour different depending on your settings - We try our best to get the perfect shade), you don't like the way I packaged it, ect.

-Shipping costs will not be refunded if you are looking for an exchange or refund. (Refunds will ONLY occur if I have made a measurement error and you do not want to exchange) If you would like a refund, You as the buyer are responsible to ship the item(s) back to me in "brand new" condition. The refund will occur after I have received the returned item(s).

-Shipping times are out of our control once we have shipped the item.​

-All items are shipped VIA Canada post, NON-TRACKED. If you would like tracking please contact me before you make your purchase and I can give you a quote for tracked shipping. 

-We are NOT responsible for packages once they have been shipped!! We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged during the shipping process. This is why re recommend getting tracked shipping with insurance. 

-All customs, duties and taxes are the buyers responsibility!!

-We highly recommend international buyers get insurance / tracking on there packages! It is quite expensive but will guarantee you receive your product or get refunded if it goes missing during the shipping process. If you would like to buy shipping insurance / tracking let me know BEFORE you buy your product and I can specialize the shipping cost to suite your needs.
